 Responsibilities:

1.Recruitment & Onboarding

- Source candidates via job portals, social media, and internal references.

- Schedule interviews and coordinate with departmental heads.

- Support onboarding tasks: offer letters, collecting documents, ID creation, and induction facilitation.

2. HR Operations & Documentation

- Maintain employee personal files and HRMS updates.

- Prepare HR letters (appointment, confirmation, experience, etc.).

- Monitor daily attendance, leave records, and overtime data.

 3 Employee Engagement

- Assist in organizing engagement events, celebrations, and HR initiatives.

- Conduct surveys and share insights with HR leadership.

 4. Payroll & Compliance Support

- Provide monthly payroll inputs (attendance, leaves, LOP, OT).

- Maintain statutory documents (PF, ESI, bonus, etc.).

 5. Training & Development

- Coordinate internal/external training programs.

- Maintain training calendars and attendance logs.

 6. Exit Process

- Support exit formalities and clearance procedures.

- Coordinate exit interviews and maintain documentation.
